This website is provided by Fundy Forge, the public trade name of Fundy Forge Digital Foundry, for general information about services, work, and ways to start a conversation. Project work

Website, SEO, audit, and digital systems work is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted for that project. If a project document conflicts with this page, the project document controls for that specific engagement.

Proposals and payment

Proposals describe scope, deliverables, timeline, assumptions, and payment terms for the work being offered. Work begins when the required approval and payment terms are met. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or change order.

Client responsibilities

Ownership and licensing

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, final client-facing work is transferred to the client after full payment. Fundy Forge retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code, internal processes, templates, documentation patterns, and know-how used to deliver the work.

Third-party tools, fonts, libraries, platforms, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Website content and rights

The Fundy Forge name, writing, design direction, visual assets, source code, and site content are protected unless explicitly licensed otherwise. All rights reserved.

Portfolio use

Fundy Forge may describe completed work in portfolios, case studies, sales conversations, and marketing materials unless a project agreement says otherwise or confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

No guaranteed outcomes

Fundy Forge works carefully and measures what can be measured, but no website, SEO, or digital strategy can guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, lead volume, or platform result.
